Once the delivery is schedule and the driver arrives to our house what should I do? What is your return and cancellation Policy?

Any return due to Buyer remorse will incur a 25-50% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charge. Any damaged product must be refused and noted on the proof of delivery as such or must be notify to us within 2 business days after the delivery or charge for replacement may occur and or refund may be refused. Any wrong item received or defective product will be refund in full upon receipt of a picture. Please do contact us immediately to process a replacement or refund in a timely manner. Any Buyer remorse request 30 days after delivery of the product will be denied. Any cancellation must be request and approved by us prior the shipment of the product. If the product has been already ship out at that point your request will be considered a buyer remorse.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days.

Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
