At Amberlux Design, Inc we offer free shipping on any purchase over $99 dollars within the Continental United States only. Shipping fee will apply to any other destination including but not limited to Hawaii, Canada, Alaska etc. Please refer to our shipping rates or contact us via e-mail for a Free Quote. Any orders shipped outside the United States will have duties, taxes, and broker fees and it will be the customer responsibility to pay those extra fees. We at Amberlux Design, Inc will make sure the any orders will be shipping on time and will be meticulously packaged to avoid any damages during transit. Having said that we do any customers to check any delivery immediately upon receiving of the product and if necessary refuse it as damage and contact us immediately so we can proceed with replacement. If none of the boxes are damaged please accept the delivery and open every single box within 48 hours so we can replace any damaged par immediately and. If any damages are notified more than 2 to 5 business days after the delivery date, charge for replacement may apply, so please do contact us immediately.
